A little noisy, but the hotel was hosting multiple golf and conferences at the same time. The food was great and Rosa was a perfect waitress. We had the guacamole dip, street tacos and smoked brisket sandwich.
Bone marrow tacos were amazing!
Had to be “that” guy but my steak came out well done and just could not be enjoyed. Not only did they take it back and work to bring a perfect steak but went above and beyond to ensure my family had a great experience. Food while we waited, an absurd amount of desserts at the end, a sincere apology for the oversight on the steak. Food was great, service was excellent.

Sides like mash potatoes and carrots complement the meals perfectly. Don't miss the best Key Lime Pie, prepared fresh onsite. The pastries, all made onsite except the English muffins, are top notch. Cibolo Moon is a casual, relaxing spot for celebrations or everyday dining, with a great mix of style, service, food, and local eating.
