Love this Jim’s location. My wife and I are truck drivers and this Jim’s is located right next to a truck stop. The food is still the same that I remember from 20 years ago, and the fact that I can sit in the same seat from high school. Really takes me back sometimes. My go to order at this location is their tortilla soup. The flavor is amazing and really goes well with their club sandwich. jims resturaunts are a hit and a miss some of them have great food and some locations have ok food. I-35 and o'conner road is a great place to eat where I-410 and perrin beital i wont eat at food was ok and cooks were rude to wait staff about my food and how i have to have reatrictions based on dietary needs.

Great place for family dining or business meeting and for those that prefer to dine alone. Jim's restaurant has always been known for good food most especially their pioneer chili and great hamburgers. Breakfast is served anytime and is good anytime. They have high chairs and booster seats for the kiddos and a kids menu that will take care of any appetite.
