This place is kind of tucked right off the exit. Parking lot is pretty messed up and has lots of pot holes. A bit dirty but could be from the construction on the highway. Service however is pretty slim. Ordered to go for the family and was missing almost half my order. Isn't the first time its happened either. So if you go check your order before you leave for sure. Food is still good, just bad atmosphere and service and location
Good fast food. The place feels warm inside. Good service
Order this Doordash to new Braunfels, it came hot and fresh and very quickly. I was super impressed by the food quality although I know it is just fast food nothing gourmet, but it definitely hit the spot and did not taste like grease

Jack in the Box offers tasty meals, with the Homestyle Ranch Chicken Club singled out as a top-notch chicken sandwich. The staff is known for their politeness and helpfulness, making efforts to serve customers well. While there have been some complaints about long wait times, especially in the drive-through, the team strives to serve fresh food. The location has ample parking and wheelchair accessibility, making it a convenient option for all customers. However, some reviews mention that the restroom and dining area could be cleaner, affecting the overall experience. Despite these issues, many customers appreciate the friendly service and good food, especially during late-night hours.
