We were greeted by a sweet woman Betsy, who made our morning! Then we were seated with a server named Joseph, he took care of our table, accommodated our order and got our food in hot and fresh so fast, thank you for the awesome service Joseph and Betsy. We hope to see yall soon on our next visit!
Joseph was extremely attentive, helpful in recommending new delicious menu items, loved the blueberry stuffed French toast. Sooo good! He got our order right, and made us feel at home.. thank you for your quality customer service, him and Betsy were awesome and we will be back because of them.
Our waiter Joseph was on point with service. He provided excellent customer service and made our family feel welcome by being very interactive with us. Overall highly recommend and will be coming back soon!

IHOP at The Rim is a consistently great dining experience. The friendly staff provide excellent customer service, and the food is always delicious, catering well to dietary needs. The food is spectacular and the service is exemplary, with some servers providing the best service. Customers enjoy the chicken fried steak and eggs, with eggs cooked to order and a tender, lightly breaded steak. However, the pancakes can sometimes be cold, dry, and overcooked. While the staff is nice, service can be slow at times. The restaurant is well-maintained and a fantastic choice for the whole family.
