We were a group of 6 people, I found it annoying not being able to enter the table until we all arrived. We waited 10 minutes in the lobby. The place was not full nor were there other customers waiting, we asked to get a table and they let us go. Until we all arrived, because we were going to be occupying a place for other customers, the restaurant was not full at any time of the day.

We had a large group arrive late after prom. Along with a few other large groups. The workers did an excellent job accommodating us. Additionally, we had someone in our party that has severe consumption and contact allergies. The manager, Chad, came out to my table to talk with me about this persons allergies and if they could accommodate him. The manager was very kind, listened, cooked the food himself, and brought it to us. His attentiveness and understanding, allowed this teenager the opportunity to safely eat with his friends after prom. It was truly a priceless gift and meant so much to us.

Most of the staff seemed miserable. Some were complaining about the host not helping out because they were short staffed. Our waitress was very sweet and trying to stay positive but was being pulled everywhere so unfortunately couldn't give us much attention. The food was mediocre. Not hot once it got to the table and not all as ordered. The bathroom is in need of repairs.

The Hostess in the wheelchair was abrasive , didn't put into consideration we had a baby carrier and toddler. Seated 2 similar number families before us (for some reason I don't understand) then came up to my mom uncomfortably close to tell her she wasn't ignoring us. Then seats us in a booth closest to the kitchen and says we can't get a high chair and there will probably not be a place to put the baby carrier ....ok well if that was the case ,wait to put us somewhere else, where we would all be comfortable right? No. I was pretty upset and hangry at this point I just put the baby carrier in the farthest part of the booth which barely fit. Our waitress was kind though but very busy. I understand that, it was brunch rush. Our orders were slightly wrong not terrible but I didn't even want to ask for what I was missing , just got over it and ate on. Other waitors coming out of the kitchen spilled several things on the way out , splashing my mom on her leg. She's not one to complain and didn't say anything. Being seated in that booth , something also smelled awful not sure if it was a guest or just the kitchen , but smelled like B.O. Oh on top of that , restroom was out of service for a little while just further making the brunch experience more uncomfortable. I definitely won't come back to this location.

We had to wait for a table, even when I asked for a booth she gave me a table. We did not get our food for over 30 mins. I see other people sit down after us and they got there food before us. Our server was excellent. I didn't catch his name. But he made my daughter's chocolate pancakes look exactly like the ones on the menu. An overall great
Marshall, our server, was great. Initially, so was our food, until we discovered a hair cooked in the food. Management made this right by discounting the price of that food from our bill and providing us with a fresh order. Additionally, we were disappointed with the hostess' rude attitude when we arrived.

We usually go in the middle of the night. The food is usually solid. The prices are expensive for what you're getting. You feel the inflation here. You're looking at about $20 per person for a plate and a drink, plus tip. Service is always pretty good. I will say that the staff needs to be a bit more considerate of where they smoke, so that the whole restaurant doesn't smell.Vegetarian options: Very easy to avoid meat and not feel like you're getting a meal full of sides or half a meal.Kid-friendliness: Kids eat free, at some kind of happy hour times.Wheelchair accessibility: Nice wide isles, but barley enough room of there's a high chair too.
