We just left from there and the waitress Charlene was excellent, she had a very good sense of humor, attitude, and personality that felt welcoming.

Best IHOP we've visited in recent memory. The food was excellent and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We would make this a regular stop if we lived in the area.
