Service was meh. Food was good. Atmosphere was ok. I ordered a BBQ burger and it had no BBQ sauce....when we were able to get or waitresses attention she half heartedly went.to get some from the back.
This location advertises the seasonal pancakes (Willy Wonka) and we tried to order them here, however, we were told that they are only offering a limited holiday menu which doesn’t include the seasonal pancakes; you can’t order anything off regular menu either, there’s only a one page menu they are offering at this time. Don’t advertise something if you don’t have it. False advertising.

Mary ( the lady with the red hair) was very helpful and nice. Great employee and great service. The only problem I had, the kitchen staff/ cooks took a while to bring my food out. Other than that, Mary is a great employee, very nice and made my experience at iHOP a great one.
