This location off of Marbach is a great place to eat. There should be more cooks due to the many customers they receive. But even still they did an awesome job on Our food. Especially the young lady that was our waitress Ms.Natalie she definitely needs a manager position (promotion) she definitely has the qualifications very professional, and customer friendly, Thank you Ms.Natalie for your great customer service and wonderful personality. It was a pleasure eating there.
Wouldn't recommend this location even if it is close by. Saw they have a 3.7 star rating and realized why. Took about 1 hour to receive our food due to cooks being slow. Look for a 4 star or higher before coming to this location. Staff is friendly but definitely not coming back here again. Food came to me COLD. Very disappointed.

First went to the wrong location by accident cause I ordered online and it wasn’t the same location I selected. Waited a little bit there for my food realized I went to the wrong one got to the right location an hour after my order being ready and waited almost 40 mins for my food but didn’t want to wait any longer as my food should have been done by the time I even showed up. Hopefully getting a refund as the manager was too busy to talk.

Lady at the front made my husband sit down and wait for our pick up order, then 15 minutes later he over heard her say “Oh Ramon never came for his order” My husband responds I’m right here, I’ve been right here! Mind you this is the closest Ihop to us, so we have a long drive back and now here we are eating our food cold. SMH. Worst experience ever!
