That pink cake....wow! All the pan dulce here is excellent. The empanadas, conchas, donuts, cuernitos and polvorones are all great. But the pink cake is the best of all. High rising, moist, great vanilla flavor and the pink icing just perfectly sweet. Went & got some today for the merienda & a night snack. Best in this area of town, for sure. The ladies are so good about explaining what all the pastries are, for those of us that weren't raised w it. Clean and well maintained environment....read full review
I have been visiting Bedoy Bakery since I was a child. Mr. Bedoy was such a great man and kind human being. His daughter Patty Bedoy has carried on his legacy by providing some of the best pan dulce (sweet bread) in San Antonio at several location throughout the city. It's the place you want to go for your Christmas bunuelos. Just delicious!!!

La mejor oreja en San Antonio! We love coming to Bedoys for pan dulce. Our kiddos usually get whichever season cookie they have at the time and my husband and I get concha's, orejas, and donuts. This is a weekend spot for us and has become a place my kiddos ask to visit all of the time.
