I stopped by the Krispy Kreme on I-10 near De Zavala (San Antonio, TX) this morning and had an exceptional experience with Samantha at the drive-thru.
She was incredibly kind, patient, professional, and friendly while taking our order. Honestly, she was so polished and helpful over the speaker that for a moment I actually thought I might be talking to an AI! When we got to the window and met her, I was even more impressed by how genuinely warm and courteous she was.

They have a variety of doughnuts to choose from. Join their rewards for extra savings. Blueberry and the limited edition pumpkin spice are my fave! When the sign is on they give a free glazed donut to everyone that walks in the door. They have multiple employees working to serve you faster. Always clean when we go.
