What a blessed place for donuts, koloches, and coffee! I want to send a thank you for the kindness, the smile, the donut and coffee, ALL FREE, while I waited five minutes to make koloches for me. I'd come back for the smile and kindness. Giving them six stars if I could!
The young lady working tonight was so friendly and so helpful. We couldn't see what they had as they were closed on the inside and she literally took the time to tell us every flavor of donuts they had left! Was patient while we picked as well. Super happy because we had come from across the street after getting awful service there and just didn't want to deal with any more rudeness! Thank you Shipley. You made this mama super happy after my very long day of work!

Customer service at this location is very hit or miss. I have had very different experiences when I come here. The donuts are okay, and the drive thru moves very quickly. I have never been able to go indoors, as there has been a sign on the outside of the door stating lobby closed, drive thru only.
