“I’m addicted to the jalapeño, cheese, sausage croissants (the large ones). Super delicious as is everything they have. Their foods are so much fresher and better than the Shipley’s which is pretty much next door. Far superior to Shipley’s. My only complaint is they aren’t open 7 days a week!“

“I stopped by the Krispy Kreme on I-10 near De Zavala (San Antonio, TX) this morning and had an exceptional experience with Samantha at the drive-thru.
She was incredibly kind, patient, professional, and friendly while taking our order. Honestly, she was so polished and helpful over the speaker that for a moment I actually thought I might be talking to an AI! When we got to the window and met her, I was even more impressed by how genuinely warm and courteous she was.
I wanted to give her a tip because the service was that good, but she politely explained that she wasn’t allowed to accept tips and simply asked if I could leave her an online review instead.
Samantha truly deserves recognition. Employees like her make a huge difference in the customer experience. Krispy Kreme is lucky to have her!“

“Everybody knows that Shipley’s beats the pants off of fancy Dunkin Donuts. This location is one of the first in San Antonio. No. It’s not cool or hip, but the donuts are plentiful, fresh and delicious. The kolaches are also very fresh. The service is fast, friendly, and the employees were eager to please and very thoughtful in packing and labeling my large order for the office. The location is old, but very clean and on my way to work. Make them your go-to place today!“

“Ella was amazing! She was very informative and guided me through their options to help me decide what to get. I ended up getting their hot Cheeto rice corn dog with half sausage half cheese. The food quality was amazing! I was genuinely blown away. I’ve lived in San Antonio for 5 years, and this is easily in the top 5 meals I’ve had“

“I’m not sure the name of the woman who always helps me at the counter but she is absolutely fantastic! Literally pleasant enough that I whipped out my phone and I’m writing a review at the counter while she gets my items. I’m a Houston native so I love Shipleys and this is my little slice of home right across the street from me!“
