Received my seasonal peppermint drink this and when I got to work to enjoy it, the cup was only 3/4ths full of coffee... I hadn't even taken a drink yet, was pretty disappointed considering usually whenever I order everything is great.
Really upset because this used to be my go-to morning coffee place. But the past 4 times I've come through here, the speed is so slow. The wait time in line is ridiculous, I've ordered and just left 3 times now because I'm in line for at least 10min everytime! The lady at window is sweet but has no sense of urgency, which you should have considering it's a drive thru
