Is this store open? Second week in a row the door is locked (with the ‘open sign’ on) at a quarter till 8pm. Also, the store does not answer the phone. I noticed the ‘open sign’ turned off after I drove away at 8pm.

Service is very poor. Was told in the drive thru “here’s your order!” By the first worker! She was very kind! But upon checking, that was not the full order. So, I waved gently and another woman came to the window and I let them know: “hi! She said this was my order but this isn’t everything I ordered.” Current woman: “I have your order right here.” Very aggressively! “Oh, okay! She said this was my order so I didn’t know there was more or to wait!” She aggressively shoved it out the window and slammed it. Management needs to make changes.Hash browns are also burnt but cold ? poor service all around. Looks like I’m not the first one either.I also tried to call twice with no answer.

This is the absolute worst Dunkin location ever!!!! They are out of products (all the time) and extremely extremely slow. Waited 20 mins for regular coffee. Avoid this place and go somewhere else. Trust me.

Usually I get my morning food and drinks here to start off my shifts but they have really put the icing on the cake this time. They’re usually out of product early in the morning, service is slow even when ordering online, and today they surprised me with less tea in my cup because I asked for less ice. Which I have asked for before and they still filled it up to the top. The consistency of this Dunkin is so frustrating at times.

Received my seasonal peppermint drink this and when I got to work to enjoy it, the cup was only 3/4ths full of coffee... I hadn't even taken a drink yet, was pretty disappointed considering usually whenever I order everything is great.
