I had gone to another local cookie company I had used before, and the staff was not helpful and rude. It worked out in my favor, because Kellie’s Banking Co. Is SO much better.
The staff I worked with on my initial call was professional, courteous and went above and beyond to create what I needed. I met Kellie when I picked my cookies up and immediately felt like a friend in her shop. Kellie offered me a cookie to sample, and oh my it was delicious.

I recently placed an order for 9 photo cookies for my sisters 21st birthday and not only did they look phenomenal, they were some of the best cookies I’ve ever had! So lucky we have a place like this in austin! The owner is also so kind and accommodating and made sure I received my cookies when the original pickup time did not work for me. Will be happily ordering from them again!
