Guernica Cafe is an absolute gem in Spicewood! The picturesque view of Spicewood and the delightful vanilla latte crafted by their skilled barista made my visit unforgettable. The coffee is simply outstanding!
I’m always looking for cafés that have a great view. Guernica café is now one of my most favorite café in Austin. We visited while returning from the mule shoe band recreation park, on a cloudy and rainy day. The ambience was perfect to be under the shade of the seating area, but looking out on the hills and the oak trees.

Good coffee and food, but it took 25-30 minutes to get a single latte and panini. So obviously this is not the place to come to grab something quickly on the go. They have a great view overlooking the hills with some little tables under a nice covering to sit and relax. I was just in a hurry and trying to hit the road and support a small local business while grabbing a quick coffee. Would come back if I'm not in a rush, but would definitely recommend elsewhere if you don't want...read full review
