I visited this location last Saturday morning. I had placed a mobile drive thru order and waited in the drive thru line to pick it up. When it was my turn to order, I let them know I was just picking up my drive thru order. Turns out I ordered from the wrong store on the app. Totally my fault. I said no problem, and that I'd just place a new order here. I was forced to spend a couple hours in here due to special circumstances it was way too cold I was freezing wearing a jacket and long pants the music is terrible service is ok tho I just hated being
i like this location a lot. i think the other reviews complaining about drinks don't realize that during rush hour mistakes can be made. any time i've ever had an issue with my drink (which has only happened a few times in the years i've been coming to this location) the baristas are happy to help fix the issue. everyone is very kind and talkative, and the baristas make an effort to remember you. only complaints are that it's always freezing inside the store (might just be me,...read full review
