I had a bad experience from this starbucks, we ordered pink drink tall and all we got is just ice and very little amount of pink drink. Ask less ice while ordering.

Clover Block

This location is an example of people make the difference. They use to have some great people working there, at least from the customer service side. Now when you walk in you are not greeted and even when you are standing there ready to order, they are busy talking to each other or walking boast you not acknowledging your existence. And if it’s the holidays (we’ll it’s fall drink season, maybe not a holiday) like it is right now you’re lucky if they thought ahead and ordered enough ingredients for their holiday drinks. This location has definitely lost that loving feeling. Oh it’s gone gone gone.

This is my local Starbucks so I frequently come here every during the week. I always order the same drink. This morning unfortunately, was the first time I ever received bad service from the blonde working the drive through around 6:45. What a shame! I will have to go to a location closer to work. There's nothing worse than paying $6.05 on a daily twice a day and then receive bad service when you do so. I will not be returning and unfortunately I will not be tipping. Shout out to the unfortunate blonde soul working the drive through this morning!

I visited this location last Saturday morning. I had placed a mobile drive thru order and waited in the drive thru line to pick it up. When it was my turn to order, I let them know I was just picking up my drive thru order. Turns out I ordered from the wrong store on the app. Totally my fault. I said no problem, and that I'd just place a new order here. I was going to call the other store and just tell them to give away my order over there, and I thought I was just going to be out the $13. Instead, when I got to the window to pay again, they gave me my order at no cost and told me not to worry about it,l -- and to have a great day. What???? That was so kind -- they totally did not have to do that, as it was absolutely my fault. That type of customer service really impressed me, and I really appreciated how they were empowered to make that call. I don't typically go to Starbucks, but when I do, I will only be going to this location. Bravo, Starbucks! Thanks for the friendly customer service that went above and beyond.
