“We love Chicken Express! The service is friendly and quick. We love the catfish meal and the Chicken Tender meal. They have top level fried catfish and chicken. The sides are good as well. We always ask for the season salt and a to-go box because we usually have enough for a meal at home. We do drive thru as well when we don't have time to dine in.“

“My husband and I came to the marble falls wingstop yesterday evening 8/3/2026 and placed an order for dine in. The whole time we were there only two employees were working, and they were working hard to get everyone’s orders out. We were instantly informed of the wait time (30 minutes) when we were ready to place our order. No big deal. Food takes time and they have a screen displaying where each order is at in the process and it was full of names so everything was transparent. We placed our order and took a seat to wait for our food. Music was good, there’s 2 tvs, we were just chilling enjoying each others company.
When we arrived, another lady in a beat up little black car did too (probably some kind of door dash driver) she was obviously in a rush when she got there. As we were sitting, literally minutes before they said our food would be ready she began yelling at the only two workers there. Josh and Josh. Trying to get an order out for the name Elijah. She was berating them and being so loud and rude. The workers stayed calm and professional while she threw a fit. They were kind and assuring her it would be ready any minute. She continued to make a scene, they kept assuring her the order was ready, they were just packaging it. She yelled more and said she was canceling the order, and stormed out. Seconds after she did, they finished it up and it was done, she wasted their time and should be embarrassed. They got our order out next, and the food was fantastic, everything was great. Through it all these guys stayed kind and were ready to help with anything. They didn’t even complain about her when she left, or talk ill of her. Customer service workers deserve so much better than how these two were treated. Wonderful people they are.

I think I over heard the ac is out in their kitchen? Please get that fixed for them.

“ordered a 32 piece and were not disappointed! got Nashville hot and santa fe. Nashville wasn't very hot but still tasty. wings were great size and cooked perfectly. so juicy. fries also good. just needed a tad more seasoning. 8 out of 10 will order again!“

“Whoever the man is that was working 7pm on 10/14/26 is wicked awesome. Im pretty sure he was training a newbie and still whoopin butt in there. My pizza came out incredible, probably the best I've had here yet. Hope yall can give this man a raise he seems like a valuable asset to your team.
