“I had delivery tonight, and apparently my DoorDash driver was one that had been previously problematic. The store withheld my order from the driver, who tried to bully his way into a tip, but they let me know what was going on. Jason, the manager, canceled my order, but still made sure that my order was delivered to me. So, I still got fed and was refunded. I’ll definitely be ordering from them again, I just wish they didn’t source out their deliveries. Jason also called me to make sure my food was delivered. I’m very pleased with how they took care of things.“

“I can’t believe this happened to us tonight at OUR favorite place…. Prior to celebrating my daughter’s 17th birthday, I checked your app specifically to join a waitlist, as this is her favorite restaurant. The app clearly showed no waitlist available. To confirm, I also called the Alamo Ranch location and was explicitly told there was no wait. Upon arrival, however, we were informed the wait time was over an hour, directly contradicting both the app and the information provided by staff. We then drove to the Landmark location, again under the impression that there was no wait. After arriving to check in a party of eight, we were told there would be another hour-long wait. This resulted in more than an hour and a half wasted driving between locations, based entirely on inaccurate and misleading information. This experience was unacceptable, unprofessional, and completely avoidable. I have been a loyal customer for over 10 years, and I have never encountered this level of incompetence, especially during what was meant to be a meaningful celebration for my daughter. Instead, the evening was ruined due to misinformation and poor communication at both locations. If your app cannot accurately reflect wait times or waitlist availability, it should not be relied upon at all. Either restore the ability to book through Yelp or immediately fix the functionality of your application. The current system is misleading customers and wasting their time. This experience left me extremely disappointed and frustrated. I will be sharing this incident publicly to reflect the unprofessionalism and poor customer service we received unless corrective action is taken. At a minimum, this issue deserves acknowledgment and a clear explanation of how it will be addressed moving forward.“

“Dawg yalls wings are always good but ordering carry out to then go and sit inside for 25 minutes after the amount of time on the app? Idk if it’s the app setting crazy fast times or what but hopefully someone fixes that. Cuz this is like the 5th time in a row“

“I've used Yaghi's on numerous occasions and have never been dissatisfied. The pizzas were always hot on delivery generously porortioned. I'm very fond of their Stromboli loaded with a ton of meat and cheese. I would very much recommend them if your looking for a great slice of pizza!“

“I hate the service. We ordered pizza as a splurge because it is expensive. My daughter really wanted it so we caved. My husband has gastritis but they have beef so we were okay. When my husband got home it smelled like he had gotten sausage and he said no beef. The second pizza barely had any cheese and just looked thrown together. My husband called to complain and the guy said he would have to talk to his GM because he knows he put beef on it. Last time we check beef isn't spicy. My husband even said it could be but ig was spicy and the guy even refused to give us our money back until he talked to his GM! We even said we would take back the pizza because we didn't want it. Worst service and worst experience yet.“
