I ordered on yesterday, after a pleasant experience two days prior, believing that I would receive the same experience again. I was wrong unfortunately. My order was not ready until 6:45, roughly 25 minutes after the pick up time. I arrived earlier and waited patiently as the lobby was full and Larry was the only one on duty. Damn I came at 10pm and the door was closed then I went to get a drink n came back at 10:30 n still closed, they’re supposed to close at 11:30, im hungry:(
Not sure why such low stars. I’d imagine it’s due to the neighbors & their levels of patience.
Kevin took my order over the phone , I never call in but was having trouble placing thru app / online (I think Uber Eats is doing that delivery portion now)
