Second time I haven't received my pizza.Ordered at 6, said to arrive by 7 at 7:45 said delivered but wasn't.Horrible customer support - they can't find it, can't call store nor issue a refund - they ask me to fill a form.The store didn't answer, tried multiple times. After 20 mins finally did, kid was really nice and trying but place is understaffed.Last order I make. Especially for delivery.

Review is directed towards delivery not the store. They have outsourced delivery to doordash and it’s a disaster. Pizza delivered 1 hour after estimated time. Never again!

A delivery guy by the name of Jackson the name given to me by phone as the manager on 11/9/23@5:16 pm. I placed my order through the app and tracked it to my door. It was and always a contactless delivery, with instructions to leave the order at the door on the stool. Jackson arrives and rings my doorbell 3 times ( it's on my camera and on video. I opened the door thinking it was someone else. I said yes, and as I was picking up the pizza wings, I asked for my drink, and he said oh yeah, went to his black truck and got the drink placed it on the floor, and handed me a dirty clipboard, I said "What is this? Jackson says " I want a tip, " I said I usually give a tip through the app. I go inside to get my readers to check the receipt take a photo and sign it NO TIP. He keeps ringing the doorbell 4-5 times.I walk back to the door and hand Jackson his dirty clipboard, he says No Tip, curses me with the f-word, turns around, and shows me his index finger, mumbling other words I could not understand. I take a pic of his black truck and walk to the end of the driveway to make sure I get the picture. I called 5122631717 @ 2422 RM 620 Lakeway and asked for the manager: the person said " this is Alex the manager, I started to tell him what just happened with his delivery person: Alex ( if that's his name ) said "You should have given him a tip he doesn't get paid if he doesn't get a tip that's his living. I said Alex you are defending a bad delivery I may call the police, Alex said do what you want, and hung up. I called back and asked for Alex, I am giving you another chance to try to make this right. He said oh it's you, you can call tomorrow for another manager you may get better luck and he hung up: This is wrong on all levels: I like Papa John's Pizza and all that is on the menu, I order enough to know of the deliciousness in the boxes, especially since Shaq is part of with different size pizza and they have always been good.I filled out the online form to report this delivery. The review for Jackson and Alex is 0 today. Papa John has to respond, I don't know what it would take to fix this: my very first time with this delivery, and many delivery people from Papa Johns has been at my door leaving the order on the stool in front of the door, and I tip on the app after they deliver: sad for Alex& Jackson, I am a God fearing lady you reap what you sow guys, sad that's all! Just sad! And behind a tip- Jackson knew during orientation he may or may not get a tip, I am not the one Jackson or Alex. I am not the one!!

Papa John's Pizza is decent. I'm leaving this review because the folks working did a great job. We got our pizza super fast and it was made well.Vegetarian options: It's pizza, they have a decent selection of veggies you can add.

RUDE!! Went to pick up a doordash order, had to wait an extremely long time, the floor was filthy and as I was waiting another dasher walked in and showed the worker the order and the worker was extremely rude and proceeded to say “this is America. Speak English! Do you understand?” And then rambled on about people not speaking English HORRIBLE I WILL NEVER ORDER OR PICK UP DOOR DASH FROM HERE AGAIN

It's over a fair pizza nothing great not savey like other pizza chains. It crust is better than some but the chicken Mediterranean pizza was fair packed flavor.

A shout out to Mr. James. Excellent service. We had forgotten to make an addition to our order, and he was on top of it! Friendly, professional, family oriented. We greatly appreciate his service. Food was good, but overall experience, GREAT!
