“Had the best experience here on Sunday. Rolled in after a long night on Saturday and not only was the food absolutely exceptional but the service was amazing. Was greeted by a lovely hostess and immediately sat on their beautiful patio and then got great service from our waitresses Carly and Meredith. Ordered far too much food and almost finished it all. The lemon ricotta pancake was the standout but the biscuits and gravy and steak and eggs were incredible as well. I'd go back just to hang out with the staff and will be making this a top choice for brunch any time I need a good vibe and some delicious food. Thank you Uptown for being the highlight of my weekend!!“

“Great place to play pool and meet people. The whole staff is amazing. If you go in ask to set in Mia's or Kayla's section, they are 2 of the nicest people you will meet and are top notch waitresses. Brisket was perfectly done, slaw was amazing and I can’t find the words to accurately describe how good the jalapeño bacon Mac n cheese was. Topped it off with a local lager and it was amazing lunch. TOP NOTCH!!!!!“

“We had a great time at B.D. Riley's Irish Pub at Mueller for a casual meal and drinks. We ordered some classic pub food to share, including fish and chips, wings, and a burger. The fish had a crispy coating while staying tender inside, and the burger was juicy with a nicely toasted bun. The wings were also crispy and well seasoned. Everything came out hot and satisfying, and the relaxed pub atmosphere made it easy to hang out and catch up.“

“We hosted 110 people for our son's Friday night dinner before his Bar Mitzvah at Fairways and I cannot say enough wonderful things about the experience. From the beginning of the process Sam was attentive, helpful, informative, and calm. The night of the event went seamlessly with friendly staff, delicious food, and a beautiful sunset. We rented some games to have around the pavilion for all of the kids. We even did family photos around the property before the event started.

Our guests were able to sit under the pavilion as well as on their wrap around porch. Food was served buffet-style indoors. The buffet remained well-stocked and delicious.

They had black, elastic table covers to elevate the picnic tables during the event too, which was a nice touch.

It really was a wonderful night for us and our guests.

I can't rave enough about the unique items you can order from Rolling Smoke and the consistently high-quality cuisine! Abundance of TVs with a separate seating area; each makes this place great for small groups.“

The drinks were good and reasonably priced. The bartender was on top of everyone's drinks and did a great job. The place was clean and it felt comfortable.

There was darts,pool, and slots available.

Lots of tvs around the bar, we were watching world cup games. Very friendly environment, everyone was having fun.“

“Good ambiance - European feel. We only ordered calamari. Too greasy and was served lukewarm. It came out pretty fast, so I doubt it got cold while waiting to be served. Will give their pizza and tiramisu a try. Next time, will definitely skip the calamari. And they serve Lavazza coffee :)“

“White Tiger Bar on South Congress is such a cool little spot. When you first walk in, it definitely has a bit of a dive-bar feel—but in the best possible way. Casual, unpretentious, and full of character.

The service was great, the drinks were good, but the patio is what really makes this place. It’s small, super cool, and has that perfect laid-back Austin atmosphere. Add in live music, and it’s exactly the kind of place you hope to stumble across while hanging out on South Congress.
