I wish their menu maybe offered some Cajun fried chicken, a lobster dish and mostly was missing a vodka cocktail. “We hosted 110 people for our son's Friday night dinner before his Bar Mitzvah at Fairways and I cannot say enough wonderful things about the experience. From the beginning of the process Sam was attentive, helpful, informative, and calm. The night of the event went seamlessly with friendly staff, delicious food, and a beautiful sunset. We rented some games to have around the pavilion for all of the kids. We even did family photos around the property before the event started.

Our guests were able to sit under the pavilion as well as on their wrap around porch. Food was served buffet-style indoors. The buffet remained well-stocked and delicious.

They had black, elastic table covers to elevate the picnic tables during the event too, which was a nice touch.

It really was a wonderful night for us and our guests.

“was just in town for a wedding and the Aussie's crew couldn't have been better about accommodating our large group. They were great the night of the wedding itself and we used it as a kind of home base for a few days. Nice folks, good drink selection, good space, plenty of TVs and a great vibe. Thanks Aussies!“

“Out of towners? This establishment is an All-in-One stop. For any reason you are in downtown Austin, stop by this place. We did not know where we were going exactly but ended up on Congress St. at the White Tiger. It appeared to be a quaint and low-key spot to have a drink and listen to music.
From walking in to walking out, it was the best experience. It was on a Sunday, walking by and saw a message board, “free entry” with live music then a stand up mic show at 8pm. This place serves food with a unique style menu. Not just “bar food”. Jay was our bartender and immediately we felt the friendly vibe with him as well with the other staff even the one musician/singer that was performing. She was a pleasure to listen to with a mix of music styles. We hung out there until the stand up mic performance began that was at the rear part of the bar. We then returned to the front bar and ordered the Rangoon from their menu. Nicely presented and the mixture of ingredients was pleasantly different. Be sure to save The White Tiger on your places to visit in Austin!

“Good ambiance - European feel. We only ordered calamari. Too greasy and was served lukewarm. It came out pretty fast, so I doubt it got cold while waiting to be served. Will give their pizza and tiramisu a try. Next time, will definitely skip the calamari. And they serve Lavazza coffee :)“

The live music is decent, the drinks do the job, and the food is good I think I mostly come back for it My biggest complaint is that the staff could check in on customers a little more often. A lot of the time it was faster for me to go up and get my own drink. Regulars typically get drinks first

That said, I've been here a few times and it's not a bad bar at all. If you're a regular, you'll probably get even better service. My advice is simple speak up if you need something and don't be afraid to be a little independent. You'll have a good time.“
