I was staying on the outskirts of Austin with a friend, for the Two Step Inn Festival. After a long day of driving from Northwest Arkansas, we wanted to go to a local bar to grab some food and drinks. The Copper Top Tavern had great reviews, so we decided to check it out. The bartenders were fabulous, and even put on the Razorback baseball game for us on one of their TV's. The food was good, and the bar locals were extremely friendly. It is a tavern for sure. The cooper top bar is warm and shiny and the service is great. Free games are a plus. The food truck food is served quickly and warm. I had the chicken sandwich this time and was pleased. Overall, a good neighborhood local experience.

Absolutely love this place! Recently discovered this neighborhood bar with my group of friends. I adore the entire esthetic of this bar. Great selection of drinks/food, games, etc. But what really makes this place is the staff. There is an adorable couple that bartends together every Thursday and Friday. Their chemistry is off the charts. Singing, dancing, laughs and smiles. Props to the owners for discovering such a great duo. They make you feel as if you knew them for years....read full review
