“Today 5/30/26 we encountered the rudest group of individuals dining during lunch. They were being 100% disrespectful to the employee running the front area. I wish I had gotten her name but she handled the situation with complete grace. To those individuals, you should be ashamed for bringing your no home training to a public place.“

“Definitely worth a visit. Excellent coal-fired oven pizza with a perfectly crisp, slightly charred crust and fresh, flavorful toppings. The mushrooms, green peppers, sauce, and cheese were all spot on. I especially appreciated that the pizza wasn't overloaded with tomato sauce. Seat yourself booth seating inside was available along with table options. Great food, great atmosphere, and an authentic pizza experience.“

“The app is terrible, it messed up my order when I had to change one of my pizzas due to a topping selling out. I ended up with a bbq chicken pizza without the chicken and onions. Luckily this location is amazing and offered to remake the pizza and got me what I originally wanted.“

“Stopped by the Mr. Gatti’s in Kyle and had a solid experience. My daughter missed a discount code on the order, but when I got there, the crew handled it without any fuss—professional, respectful, and easy to deal with.
Stephanie, the manager, took care of it quick and kept it polite the whole time. No runaround, just handled it.
Hard to find places that still treat customers right, but this crew does. Been eating Mr. Gatti’s since I was a kid, and now that I’m closer to this one, it’s gonna be my regular spot. Appreciate it.“

“I went to Via 313 in Webster, TX for my birthday 12/29/24 and they made my birthday amazing! I have a gluten allergy, and they went above and beyond there too. They gave me a surprise birthday dessert (it was enough to share with my party). And on my way out the door I received a birthday card and a gift card for another pizza! They made my day so special! That meal was my birthday gift, and they made it a gift that kept giving. It being right after Christmas, the experience was memorable and special! Thank you, Courtney, and the Via 313 team!“
