“Went for the first time and the Following was ordered:
Beef and Broccoli Stir Fry
Fried pork wontons
Mango Sticky rice

Everything was beyond good!
Although I was a bit confused about the pricing for the beef and broccoli stir fry in the menu book it is priced $16.99 so when I ordered I was told since it’s beef it will be more and he priced it at $18.99
I didn’t see anywhere on the menu for that price, I still ordered it but that is definitely something that should be corrected or stated on the menu. Over all the fried wontons and specifically the mango sticky rice was sooo good!
Definitely need to try more stuff on the menu. The atmosphere was great and our server was super nice! Therefore I give this place a 4 stars .“

Now I am the parent as we visited for a Sigma Chi reunion and to show my HS senior step son the campus. It felt good and JORDAN, our waitress was OUTSTANDING. It felt good being there.“

“I’ve gone to this cafe for the better part of all 4 years during my undergrad at Texas state. This is genuinely a staple because the staff is amazing, competent, and kind. The Coffee is some of the best I’ve ever had and incredibly consistent and the rotating specials menu for drinks is another highlight that I’ve always loved. It’s a great place to be at, eat, study, have a cup of coffee and just vibe. Since moving back to my hometown a few months ago one of the things I miss most is the coffee from there.“

“For the last three years my friend and I go to Sequin to pick up girls from Texas Girls State. We found this restaurant and have been back each year. The food is incredible and the service is friendly. This year we discussed that eventhough we will both be retired, we will need to volunteer to bring the girls next year just to go to this restaurant. I had ordered spicy lobster dumplins and Tom Young noodle soup. I could not believe how great the soup was. The dumplins were good, but I had to transport the soup home. The next night my husband and I shared the rest of the soup, and my husband could not believe how flavorful the soup was and could we get more. I may have to travel to San Maros just to get more soup.“
