“Ordered food to go by phone, and the food was ready when I arrived. Friendly staff on the phone and in person. Great shrimp po-boy and grilled shrimp. Loved the seasoning on the grilled shrimp. The vegetable medley, normally an add-on afterthought, was fantastic: properly cooked and crisp. The carrots were especially yummy to the point that my wife wondered if we could request a side of carrots next time.“
“(I sent this review to corporate, but they did not share it with the store, so I'm writing it here). I would like to take a moment to offer my huge thanks to your Kyle, TX location (I think you only have one??) and in particular to a barista there, Bethany. I have been a Biggby and Starbucks customer for years, but have always known the Dutch Bros brand. Unfortunately where I have lived, there never was one to try. Until, I arrived here in Kyle, TX earlier this year. It has now become my absolutely favorite coffee, and my drink, as they all know now, is a large hazelnut latte, hot, mocha, with whipped cream and cinnamon powder. Every single time I have gone there, they have been so nice and pleasant and gotten my drink right. But I want to particularly thank Bethany who has come out to my truck (and others) each Sunday morning when I go. She is so pleasant, bubbly, welcoming, and this morning when we hit our first "cold spell" in Texas, I saw her come out shivering in the wind with her winter coat on, and as I rolled down my window and said hello and started to order, she remembered me, shared that bright smile of hers, remembered my order, and we shared some pleasantries as a result. She gave me a discount "just because" for being a loyal and nice customer. Very few people today, especially younger folks, present like she did and not only made my day with her kindness, but puts such a positive face on your franchise, as do her colleagues, but she stands out as someone that really makes a difference. Little did she realize I am facing a very tough surgery coming up, or just had a very bad breakup, and that I have no family and few friends to support me or be there for me. I work at home and nobody really embraces me as someone important in this world. But for a few moments every Sunday morning, when I venture out to go grocery shopping, fill up my gas tank, pick up a breakfast sandwich from Whataburger, and right before I go home, stop at Dutch Bros, Bethany and her crew make me feel important, make me smile, make me feel welcome, if only for those few minutes of time I wait in the drive through line before going back home to my mundane life. This morning I went there, and Bethany was there again, and always takes time to talk to me, smile, and make me feel like a friend.Please ensure she and the crew are thanked and appreciated for yes, doing their job, but in my estimation, going above and beyond their job to make someone's day. I know I'm just a nobody, but until I move back home in 14 more days where there are no Dutch Bros, she and they make my Sunday mornings blessed and start my week off with a positive, fun, supportive fashion. I will miss them and this coffee drink when I leave, but at the end of the day, what are we all here for? To make a difference in someone's life. Please let Bethany know she has done that for me.“
“We used Gebby's to cater our wedding and WOW everything was so amazing! We had so many people asking us where their truck is located so they could visit again. They were also just great, kind people and kept everything running smooth for us and our coordinator. Can't say enough, but the food will speak for itself!“
“The hot dogs were good (one order comes with two), the loaded fries were meh, they used the same red sauce which I believe I already had on the hot dog, so flavor just stayed the same making the food taste basic. We also ordered the burger, which my husband enjoyed, saying he'd go back for the burger, so four stars. (CASH ONLY)Parking: You can park at the gas station that is next to the food truck, or you can park on their parking area, which is on the other side of their food truck.“
“Amazing spot I happened upon while in Kyle. I’m so glad I stopped by! I got seated right away, the server was very friendly. My food came out so fast. It was in front of me about 5 minutes after ordering. The beef thai-son was my favorite, but the shrimp spring roll and crunchy roll were also great. And it was so exciting to have sriracha on the table. Haven’t had it in so long due to the shortage. Will definitely return when I’m in the area.“
“When I ate here, the food was tasty and there was plenty to take home with me afterwards. Any refill or thing my table needed, the server was on it. Mady was her name, and she recommended I try the chicken strips (so good). Friendly atmosphere and nice staff all around! Will be returning“
