“I would give this place 5 stars if it wasn't so freaken cold all the time. Drinks are great since I love summer moon unique flavor but this location is always so cold. I've lived in Kyle for 2 years and every single time I come here it's so cold. I don't enjoy being inside so I end up going to other coffee shops. Even during the winter, the heater is never on. Sometimes it's colder inside than outside when it's cold weather. It doesn't feel cozy or comfort to be in here.“

“I have been into the Kyle location 4 times. EVERY time I come in, I am greeted by the friendly staff. They are always so kind, helpful, and appreciative. The shop is always clean and the service is speedy. Thank you for having great employees! Keep up the good work!“

“I’ve been to plenty of Starbucks but I will say this one is special due to their employees! Especially I would like to highlight an employee named Deb! She was so quick and attentive, even introduced me to a new sandwich that was delicious! She is the reason I will be revisiting this location more often. It’s rare to find people like this these days.“
