Got to pe careful not to scratch or slam your car door when getting out. Or if your chunky like me, get your husband to let you out before parking that car, that’s been very loving.“

“First timer. Tried the Cali wrap and the Mango magic smoothie. The wrap was decent but I was more in love with the smoothie. It was so delicious. Service was a little slow but I think it was the girls first day or something. I would most likely go back and try something else on the menu.“

“My wife and I went for breakfast today for the 2nd time...well...kinda. The 1st time was a while back, and we stood around for a while with no one ever adressing/serving us. I got frustrated and left. I'm not holding this against them since reading some previous reviews, and they seem to have corrected this issue.Today, we ordered breakfast tacos and a breakfast kolache. The employee heated up the kolache for us immediately, and it was very good. The tacos took a little while, but they were extremely fresh and delicious. I have no issue waiting for quality food. The tacos were a little "over full." I would have rathered they be more manageable with slightly less filling....for young college students I'm sure they are just the right size ?. Despite my minor criticism, I am still giving 5 stars because I appreciated the quality of the food, and the employee was very friendly.“
“The chipotle turkey sandwich is to die for!!! They have so many selections of things and vegan options for those who are vegan! Everything is so fresh and authentic. They have an awesome bakery with fresh warm and soft cookies, fresh salads and fruit bowls, and cakes ?. The owner and the employees are so kind and they always go out of their way to make sure you’re happy. Every time I order from here it’s always fast and they get my order right every time! The smoothies are also really good too, my personal favorite is the Strawberry Banana!! It’s close range to the buda, Kyle, and Austin folks out there and they’re opening up a new location in San Marcos so it’ll be closer to those in the Kyle San Marcos area. Eating here is definitely a 200/10!! ??“

“I am always treated with respect by the person at the window, and always greeted with a smile.I've never been inside this Thundercloud location but I am grateful they are right next to my house, which is super convenient!The food is always fresh and made to order. “(I sent this review to corporate, but they did not share it with the store, so I'm writing it here). I would like to take a moment to offer my huge thanks to your Kyle, TX location (I think you only have one??) and in particular to a barista there, Bethany. I have been a Biggby and Starbucks customer for years, but have always known the Dutch Bros brand. Unfortunately where I have lived, there never was one to try. Until, I arrived here in Kyle, TX earlier this year. It has now become my absolutely favorite coffee, and my drink, as they all know now, is a large hazelnut latte, hot, mocha, with whipped cream and cinnamon powder. Every single time I have gone there, they have been so nice and pleasant and gotten my drink right. But I want to particularly thank Bethany who has come out to my truck (and others) each Sunday morning when I go. She is so pleasant, bubbly, welcoming, and this morning when we hit our first "cold spell" in Texas, I saw her come out shivering in the wind with her winter coat on, and as I rolled down my window and said hello and started to order, she remembered me, shared that bright smile of hers, remembered my order, and we shared some pleasantries as a result. She gave me a discount "just because" for being a loyal and nice customer. Very few people today, especially younger folks, present like she did and not only made my day with her kindness, but puts such a positive face on your franchise, as do her colleagues, but she stands out as someone that really makes a difference. Little did she realize I am facing a very tough surgery coming up, or just had a very bad breakup, and that I have no family and few friends to support me or be there for me. I work at home and nobody really embraces me as someone important in this world. But for a few moments every Sunday morning, when I venture out to go grocery shopping, fill up my gas tank, pick up a breakfast sandwich from Whataburger, and right before I go home, stop at Dutch Bros, Bethany and her crew make me feel important, make me smile, make me feel welcome, if only for those few minutes of time I wait in the drive through line before going back home to my mundane life. This morning I went there, and Bethany was there again, and always takes time to talk to me, smile, and make me feel like a friend.Please ensure she and the crew are thanked and appreciated for yes, doing their job, but in my estimation, going above and beyond their job to make someone's day. I know I'm just a nobody, but until I move back home in 14 more days where there are no Dutch Bros, she and they make my Sunday mornings blessed and start my week off with a positive, fun, supportive fashion. I will miss them and this coffee drink when I leave, but at the end of the day, what are we all here for? To make a difference in someone's life. Please let Bethany know she has done that for me.“
