“Drive thrus are always long but thankfully they go fairly quickly. Its always a hot or miss as to the quality of our drinks. This time the drinks were made perfectly but for the extended wait, the server was nice enough to give us an expired free drink card.“

“I’ve been visiting since they opened, and I used to never wait in line. Now, sometimes I’m so far ahead that I can grab my drinks in five minutes and be out the door! This particular location is amazing! When there are 20 cars in front of me, I’m ready to go in five minutes. They’re so quick, so cheerful, and my day is instantly made when they take my order“

“I went to the store on the North location off of Yager Ln, but the store door was closed, it was 8pm. There were employees inside, 1 came and told me to go around to the drive through and was kind of rude about it. I pulled around to the drive through window. And for a good couple minutes the employees walked by made eye contact with me and ignored me. I haf to reach over and open the unlocked window and ask if anyone was gonna serve me.....store manager Gabby then came to the window and explained that she needed to have a meeting about that store, I could tell all the others looked bored to b there and it seemed like Gabby was a 1woman team.She then asked how she could take care of us because she knew we were a bit frustrated. Although she was probably having a bad night, she took the time to make my son the drink he wanted. The world needs more hard working people that actually care about making people happy. “Morning Ritual has quickly become my favorite spot to start the day in Austin. The coffee is exceptional and you can tell a lot of care goes into every single cup they serve. I ordered the breakfast and was genuinely impressed by how fresh and flavorful everything tasted. The atmosphere is cozy and relaxed, making it the perfect place to ease into the morning whether you are working or just catching up with a friend. “I'm sitting in my car crying in yalls parking lot .So I honestly didnt see the sign of no cash and ordered my salads when I got ready to pay the girl in the register said I couldnt pay for my food in cash and I didnt have a card with me . so the girl said it's ok dont worry about it it's on us . 😭😭 I felt bad not paying I really did but she insisted that I take the food . so now I'm gratefully crying in my car. one thing they didnt know is that I come here every 2 months to get a salad after my infusion at texas oncology and the results weren't so good today so this made my day and made me cry. thank you I promise to be back and pay for this and more . God bless yalls business“

“At Berry Austin in the Austin Airport (Airside) we enjoyed the Caribbean Congress Smoothie - yogurt, mango, pineapple, banana, OJ and the Acai Bowl. See pictures below.
Service was fast and quality of the smoothies and bowls were better than expected for an airport location. The smoothie was one of the better ones I have had in quite a while!“
