if I could give 0 stars I would. The two girls in there had AirPods on and did not greet customers or say anything until they came to take your order and even then it’s rushed. Which is why I was over charged for a substitution that shouldn’t have been charged in the first place because I subbed fruit for fruit. When I asked why I was charged for a substitution the girl told me she rang me up wrong and there’s nothing she can do. Overall terrible experience and I will not be back.“

“Morning Ritual has quickly become my favorite spot to start the day in Austin. The coffee is exceptional and you can tell a lot of care goes into every single cup they serve. I ordered the breakfast and was genuinely impressed by how fresh and flavorful everything tasted. The atmosphere is cozy and relaxed, making it the perfect place to ease into the morning whether you are working or just catching up with a friend. “Last weekend I went into the Tropic Smoothie Cafe with me and my grandson and I had a very pleasant experience! There was a very nice and pretty lady named Katy that helped us with our order. Since I was with my grandson, I decided to wear my favorite hat, I only wear it on special occasions and that day felt like the right day to do so. It’s a pointed yellow hat with a yellow brim and it’s embroidered with marigold flowers which are my favorite. Even on a rainy and cold day, I know I can wear my hat and the sun will come right out of the clouds! Katy was very helpful in walking me through the menu and she had me try a kiwi quencher because that was her favorite. It was absolutely delicious! Before paying, the nice young lady complemented me on my hat and it made my whole day, thank you tropical smoothie!“

“I’m not gonna lie I was originally gonna write a bad review. They unfortunately messed up our order and forgot ranch for our salad and ham for our small sandwich. I had to drive back to get the ranch and wanted a cookie to compensate for the missing ham and I was originally pissed walking in.

The gentleman in the beanie and an older gentleman who were working were both apologetic and I could tell they were genuinely sorry for the mistake. They fixed the situation immediately. I understand it’s the weekend and it probably gets busy and mistakes happen. I wish the two gentlemen the best and I left happy and I’m more upset with myself walking in mad
