“I went to the store on the North location off of Yager Ln, but the store door was closed, it was 8pm. There were employees inside, 1 came and told me to go around to the drive through and was kind of rude about it. I pulled around to the drive through window. And for a good couple minutes the employees walked by made eye contact with me and ignored me. I haf to reach over and open the unlocked window and ask if anyone was gonna serve me.....store manager Gabby then came to the window and explained that she needed to have a meeting about that store, I could tell all the others looked bored to b there and it seemed like Gabby was a 1woman team.She then asked how she could take care of us because she knew we were a bit frustrated. Although she was probably having a bad night, she took the time to make my son the drink he wanted. The world needs more hard working people that actually care about making people happy. if I could give 0 stars I would. The two girls in there had AirPods on and did not greet customers or say anything until they came to take your order and even then it’s rushed. Which is why I was over charged for a substitution that shouldn’t have been charged in the first place because I subbed fruit for fruit. When I asked why I was charged for a substitution the girl told me she rang me up wrong and there’s nothing she can do. Overall terrible experience and I will not be back.“

“I loved it. I’m from Wisconsin and I was visiting family and I need my daily coffee and I wanted to see what the hype was and I don’t regret it. If I had one in Wisconsin believe me I would go to Dutch Bros all the time. The staff was very kind and even swapped out my mom's drink despite my mom ordering incorrectly due to a language barrier / misunderstanding and the error being completely my mom's fault. This was honestly was kind of amazing and is the reason for the 4 stars because of the customer service.

The ingredients, however, are all prepackaged powder or syrup. They would do well to try to have a place to prep so that the lack of premium ingredients isn't so noticeable up front. I recommend this place only if you have a craving while AT the outlets. I would not go out of my way to get bubble tea from here like I do some other places. There are much better options around for authentic boba tea.“
