“So I was going through my mail and tossing out the crap that makes me question my existence and upsets me for wasting my life reading pointless things. Then I saw the catchy, and straight to the point flyer for this place. Boom. Next thing you know I’m loading up one of the kids and headed down here. When we walked in we were greeted warmly and were given some great recommendations. Wound up getting a couple smoothies and a quesadilla. Usually I’m skeptical about quesadillas due to past experiences with Taco Bell in my younger days, I must have hated my stomach. Everything was on point and the establishment was very clean. Thanks to the flyer I got in the mail, I’ve found a new regular spot that will contribute to taking my money, just like my wife and kids do so frequently.

“From the moment they opened and did a community week of free drinks, we knew we would be regulars. Their flavors are great, and their customer service is always on point. Alaya and Emma helped us today and definitely reinforced this opinion. The literal only downside is how terrible the internet reception in the entire area is, but that’s hardly their fault. We’ve been trying to post this review since before noon. If you pull up whatever apps you need before you get there, you should be fine lol. Highly recommend.“

“I ordered the Indian stuffed mirchi bhaji along with puri, and everything was absolutely delicious. The bhajis were perfectly cooked, full of flavor, and tasted very authentic. The stuffed mirchi bhaji was especially good — crispy on the outside and spicy in the right way.

The puri curry was very nice, rich, and comforting, and it paired perfectly with the puris. If you enjoy classic Indian street-style food, this combination is a must-try.

“I stopped by recently and was honestly impressed from start to finish. The protein tea was the highlight—super refreshing, not overly sweet, and you can actually tell it’s made with quality ingredients. I liked that it didn’t have that heavy, chalky taste you sometimes get with protein drinks. It felt light but still energizing, which is kind of the perfect combo.

They also offer aloe and added vitamins, which I wasn’t expecting but really appreciated. It made the whole experience feel a little more intentional, like they actually care about what they’re serving and how it benefits you—not just throwing together another sugary drink. You can customize things too, which is always a plus.

The flavor options were great, and the one I tried tasted clean and smooth without being artificial. Definitely something I’d come back for, especially if you’re looking for a healthier alternative to coffee or energy drinks.

“Earlier this week, I was having an absolutely terrible morning. I hadn’t been to Tropical Smoothie in a long time since we usually order delivery, but for some reason I decided to stop in person that day. Of course, with my luck, I accidentally dropped my smoothie and it went everywhere across the floor.

I was completely embarrassed, but I believe it was the manager who immediately came running over to help me. He was incredibly kind, smiling the entire time, and his positive attitude was honestly contagious. I walked in feeling stressed and left feeling happy, despite the spill.

My son even teased me afterward for dropping my drink, but I told him we definitely need to start going back in person because the customer service there was exceptional. I’ve honestly never been treated with that much kindness after spilling a drink (It's usually my youngest spilling a drink).

If you're ever having a bad day, I do recommend stopping in so they have the opportunity to turn your day around too. This location deserves an A+ for customer service.“

“I was going based off other reviews. I stopped by Saturday and got the french vanilla breve. It was very good. The medium size cup is large compared to other places which is super awesome. The cost is what made me even more happy because it was less than other competitors. Will be back to try the other items.“

Today was my first experience with Durch Bros Liberty Hill. I was given a gift card last year and finally decided to use it. I was disappointed by the quick service. Not only was it fast but Kaitlyn (with the blue hair) and Erin made my day with their genuine friendliness and engaging conversation. I actually had fun at Dutch Bros. Totally unexpected!!!

They were still chewy but lack of sweet taste. I guess because they have been so busy with their grand opening. In my experience some stores (or maybe employees) aren’t always as consistent when they make it. Sometimes it lacks flavor, sometimes it’s too much.
I don’t fault them for it. They’re human.

They also have a membership program that gives a free drink every 10 drinks purchased, which is very cool.
