“I had never been to Mug Shots and today is tried it out. The service was great and the coffee was delicious. I don’t care for all the frufru coffee drinks, I love to taste my coffee. And this place did that. They do have coffee for those frufru coffee drinkers, different varieties. I love the names of the different coffee, like i had a gun slinger. Will definitely be back. And I highly recommend.“

“Smokeshow Coffee Co. is an absolute hidden gem in Sattler! From the moment I walked in, I knew this wasn’t your average coffee shop. The atmosphere is the perfect blend of Betsey Johnson meets Dolly Parton with a little country swagger—bright, fun, quirky, open, and laid-back. Everywhere you look there’s something unique and charming.

Stacy and Nancy were so welcoming and even made me a custom iced coffee that was hands down one of the best I’ve ever had. Just look at this masterpiece! The bright pink whipped cream, chocolate drizzle, and beautiful presentation made it almost too pretty to drink… almost! It tasted every bit as amazing as it looked.

And of course, I have to mention Lavender, their adorable little dog, who made the visit even sweeter.

It’s rare to find a place that nails the atmosphere, customer service, and quality all at once, but Smokeshow Coffee Co. absolutely does. If you’re anywhere near Canyon Lake or passing through Sattler, this place is worth the stop. I already can’t wait to come back and see what they create next! ☕💕

“I would consider myself a coffee enthusiast, so when on vacation I dread finding coffee that’s actually good. This one did NOT disappoint. I always get a caramel latte with oatmilk and extra shot… this was PERFECT. Nice and hot to start, espresso was rich and bold, oatmilk full and creamy (store bought I know but not the watery one). Thank you for great coffee! Keep it up.“

“Run don’t walk… We just had the absolute best dinner we have had out to eat in… I don’t even know when. Everything was cooked to perfection. I can’t think of one thing that could have made it better. That says a lot because my favorite hobby is finding good food! Lol We were literally scrapping our plates clean. Not because we weren’t full, but because it tasted so dang good! We had the sirloin steak bites and the salmon. Both came with broccolini and mashed potatoes. Seasoned and cooked amazingly. This is my new favorite place.“

“Some of the best breakfast food I've had anywhere. Very down home cooking, large portions. We had an excellent waitress, very friendly, attentive and was on it even with a bit of a crowd building. Great breakfast/lunch place and highly recommend it.“

“My wife and I got out of mass and we were thirsty! We stopped at the McDonald's here and Maria Elena helped us. We ordered the Sprite berry drink and the mango pineapple drink. Maria Elena was patient with us and made our drinks with obvious care (and a healthy amount of sugar!) It was a pleasant stop in. She's very obviously a hard-working and conscientious employee.“
