This Starbucks has the nicest employees I’ve ever met. Today I waited in line at the Starbucks in San Marcos for 15 minutes. I got to the speaker at 5:02 and was told “sorry we close at 5.”
I went to this Starbucks and the cashier of course asked how I was. I told her the truth. Annoyed and exhausted due to the situation at the other store. The bannana Matcha from Starbucks has been very bitter lately. I’m not sure if it’s because the people making it are new or if there is another reason, but every time I order it from a new person, it doesn’t taste good and I can’t even finish it.

Starbucks Coffee Company is a wonderful place to visit. The staff is always amazing, friendly, and welcoming to people of all walks of life. They are kind, patient, and attentive, making every customer feel welcome. The service is quick, and the team goes above and beyond to make sure everything is right. The atmosphere is warm and lively, making it a great spot to hang out. Customers love the cold brew, Yuzu Citrus Blossom, and Iced Lavender Cream Chai. The staff is also super diverse and inclusive, and they even know some sign language. However, the store can get busy, and it may take a while to get orders, but this is not the employees' fault. Overall, Starbucks Coffee Company is an awesome place to go, and the staff is always wonderful to talk to, making it a home away from home for many customers.
