we ordered for delivery, our driver only gave us one out of nine items and it was burnt. So my husband drove to the store to resolve this and get our food. The csr helping him did not care and rudely told him, "we're not going to refund you and we're not going to remake your order." as a former little caesars employee, I'm extremely angry that this is how she handled our issue. Ordered a large extra most bestest cheese pizza with extra cheese crazy crusted. I got a large regular cheese pizza. The girl at the window handed me the pizza and said here ya go and ran to the back.
Little ceasers is a great place to get a pizza made with homemade dough everymorning also including the whole menu is made fresh daily for the community of kyle texas. Yes sometimes it can be a wait I believe kyle location is building together as a team to satisfy everyone whom comes through the doors my prayer is as we wait for our orders maybe we can be more social and open a new era !
