Since when did they become so stingy and not including napkins, a straw or ketchup especially when going through the drive through? That obviously means to go and usually when one is on the go they want a napkin and usually don't have access to ketchup. Just saying and it's not just this location it's all of them. Get with it McDonald's quit being so stingy and RUDE!!!
Food tasted good but they were too in a hurry to get us gone. We had to move up and wait hit they literally opened the window, handed out the order quick, closed it so fast and took off elsewhere that we couldn't ask for condiments without really holding up the line. McDonald's has seen improvements under new ownership and management, focusing on customer service. While some orders may still be incorrect, as noted in recent reviews, the staff is kind and helpful. The restaurant can get busy, but they still manage to serve food quickly. The fries, a popular item, can sometimes be cool and undercooked, although recent visits have praised the crispy hash browns. Vegetarian options are available, and the restaurant is kid-friendly with a nice play area for children to unwind. Good parking is available, but some customers have mentioned overflowing trash in the lobby. Prices may be high for the quality of food received, and while food was great during some visits, there have been reports of cold or lukewarm meals. The self-order kiosk has had issues as well, but the overall experience remains positive, with many customers noting that the staff continues to smile and be kind, even during busy times.
