Today was finally the day.I ordered a tripas, an al pastor and a campechanos. All were very good, but my favorite was the tripas. Their tortillas must be home made. Their corn tortillas were fantastic! Both red and green sauce were delicious, but something about the red sauce makes it my favorite of the two. I think it's the chili they use.I ate the first 3 tacos and the tripas were so good that I had to get 2 more. I don't normally eat 5 tacos during a single sitting, but here we are.Excellent taco truck and I'll definitely be going back!Edit: I've been back a few times, the last being just a few minutes ago. She apologized to everyone for the delay while working and kept moving. We asked her and she did inform us she was the only one, so we gave her a tip and left.
