Top tier location. Staff is amazing!! Always nail our order with the customizations and they make it super hot, fresh and fast!! From the people taking our order to the cooks to the management. Wow. Consistent all the way from our first visit to a P Terry’s ever to this visit. Other P. Terry’s don’t compare. Very taken aback by an employee when I visit 3/24. (Short Asian lady, I found is a manager in training.) While waiting for my order, she called out a number for a couple of shakes she had made. Another employee told her they had been made and already given to the guests. She repeatedly yelled “Daaaaaamn, why didn’t you tell me? Daaaamn you should deleted it from the screen. Great prices, customers and employees should avoid using the word "combo"... Everything is separate. I know it's accepted jargon, but it can give the wrong impression. I love the fresh fries. I love the caramel turtle shake. I'm good being able to drink it from the cup, but some folks may want a thicker consistency.
