I order a very specific style burrito. Not difficult, but seldom is it done right. This location did not get it.
Young lady with glasses at the drive thru window has no customer service skills, no greeting or smile, no have a nice day, literally nothing but her asking what the name of the order is. Also, did not want to help with a refund, just told us we have to do it on our end theres nothing they can do on their end since we placed it online. the beans on our tacos and nacho bell grande were hard the food couldn’t even be finished. Disappointing
My rating of two stars is due to several observations. Employees were seen using the same gloves no hand washing as l, even staff drinking and eating behind the counter. Additionally, employees were observed without hairnets or face coverings, which is a violation of health and safety regulations. Furthermore, my food was cold and appeared to be expired. It is crucial to prioritize food safety and ensure that food is served at the appropriate temperature.

Taco Bell is a popular fast-food restaurant that offers a variety of Mexican-inspired dishes. This location has a nicer atmosphere than most and even has an outdoor seating area with a covered awning over it. The entire staff is professional, very respectful, and polite. They are friendly and fairly quick at getting your food out, even when handling huge lines. The staff will get you the correct and fresh food. The menu features a range of vegetarian options and rotating limited time menu and app perks. Overall, Taco Bell appears to be a decent choice for a quick and convenient meal, with things improving at this restaurant.
