Service is great ?. I have been to many Taco Cabanas, and the one in Kyle disappointed me this time. Street tacos were not my version...corn tortillas should have been grilled...they were not. The rice was mushy. Maybe a new cook? I'll give them a try again next month. The margaritas were very good ?
I miss the way this restaurant was in the late 90s and early 2000s! This is for the Kyle location only. The beans were pureed to a gluey texture and had no flavor. The Fuego sauce, which used to elevate this place to fine dining, had no spice or flavor, other than tomato sauce. When did they start making this with tomato sauce? We placed a curbside order and still had to go inside to pick up our food. I called once I got there and they never answered the phone. When I walked in to get my food there was no one around but I did hear them in the back. Even if they were busy, they were very non-attentive to rest of the place.
