Buck's Backyard is a fantastic music venue. Very spacious plenty of places to buy beer/alcohol with little to no wait. We saw. Ted Nugent "The Motor City Madman". Great show! Cody Jasper opened the show and he was an excellent choice. The crowd was enormous, I give them props for having food truck vendors there knowing that their own kitchen wouldn't be able to effectively keep up with demand. Good Experience seeing Ted Nugent. This was our first time to go to Buck's Backyard.Parking is $10 in their lot front and in the rear, or you can park out along the street (not recommended, yet possible).Easy entry. Was able to carry my purse and not have to have a clear small bag (like most venues).Staff throughout the venue from parking, entry, concessions, and inside the venue were down to earth and friendly.Tall canned beers were reasonable for a concert venue at $8 each.Box...read full review

As the name implies, it *is* a "backyard " with slightly sloping ground. You are allowed (and adivsed) to bring a folding lawn chair unless you want to stand for an entire concert. Sound system is pretty good. Adult beverages and food, including bbq are available. I would enjoy going there again.
