The service is usually a little slow, but that's because they, like everyone else, are short-staffed. Would you want to work for unappreciative customers all day long for little to no pay? I didn't think so. The food is always good, though, so I'm willing to wait.
The shrimp and chive pancakes were bussin. I wish they came with a house soy sauce to really push forward the dough of the pancake. I'd come back for these again. Crispy outside, chewy inside, with a perfect amount of filling. The soup dumplings were good, but nothing special. I got the shoyu ramen but returned it (Absolutely no flavor. I should have known better than to order Japanese ramen at a Chinese restaurant), and got the Dan Dan Noodles instead... with the hand made fettuccine...read full review

Honestly pretty good. I ordered one of the appetizers (it was shrimp, asparagus, sweet potatoes, and something else. I can't remember the name, but it was really really good. I also got an earl grey tea (plain) and it was also amazing. The waitresses were all very kind of patient as I waited for a date that never showed. Honestly very hospitable.
