“Recently went to Twin Peaks and had one of the best experiences with my waitress Deasiah. She made sure my family had great understanding of the menu items and suggested some favorites since it was our first time, not only that but she ensured all meals were okay and was very patient with us since we sent back orders to be heated more than once. But overall the food was very tasty but not well heated, I would definitely try it again.”

The restaurant was unoccupied this night, and the bar area was crowded, so the manager, Derek, put 2 tables together fir our party of 12 and allowed us to order off the restaurant menu instead of the bar menu, which was limited. The food was good, and they were short on ingredients that night, and the service was excellent. The wait staff and bartender staff, Emily A., Theresa, Aliyah, Wisby and Lani, were very friendly and accommodating to our party. I wanted to thank all who made this celebratory dinner a success, and Derek really made it happen. I do recommend this hotel, bar and restaurant.”

Fresh alternative if you’re not in the mood for heavier or fried food. Spacious and relatively accessible.”

Delicious food, with the right “sazon.” I had the migas, which came with beans and potatoes and two tortillas. I’m from the Rio Grande Valley and this food reminded me of home. We will be back!”

“I told my kid that I wanted to grab some Chinese food from a place we had not been before. We decided on this place. The menu is slightly confusing. I had ordered Mongolian beef and it comes with crispy noodles. I did see the option where you could get rice, or noodles. I opted for noodles in sauce. I had wondered why my meal was over $20. I also ordered Lemongrass dumplings. They were good, but not sure they were worth the $8 price, not to mention my meal was over $20. The service was amazing when I picked up my food and it was immediately ready to go. The food was fantastic. Other than a bit over priced, it was probably one of the better Asian places I had been to. My did not like his General Tso's Chicken, but overall I was impressed.

I will definitely have to give this place another shot. Now that I know how the menu works, I probably would not go and order another side of noodles, being that my meal comes with it. If you are considering trying this place, I would definitely go. You will not be disappointed.”

Just be prepared to spend as everything is sold by the pound - not a place I’d recommend on a budget unless you’re grabbing a sammich! Sides were surprisingly good!!! “I am a big fan of In and Out, this is my first visit to Shake Shack. It’s absolutely on par with In and Out. Both are fresh and taste great. I’d recommend this place anytime. It’s a must taste burger if your into hamburgers and fries. Awesome. Forgot to mention! The huge outside patio area is Fog friendly! Bring your pup with you. They will love the food here too!

“I had the chorizo bean cheese, carne guisada, chicharon, and bean and cheese tacos. Carne guisada was great, tender and delicious. Chorizo bean and cheese was decent, chorizo is ok, the beans are pretty good. Beans and cheese was good, better than some others I’ve eaten in town. Tortillas are good also, homemade and soft. The salsa is good, tomato jalapeño base, like my grandma made. I’d like to see an agua Fresca or two. Will be returning asap”

“I'd recommend this restaurant based off it staying in there during so much financial hardships while major restraunts chains crumbled under it. They are an independent company that dispute the few times several customers, had crucified their restraunts staff,integrity with an onslaught of complaints, humbled themselves against these commehts & still let them follow their restaurants page. Now that's service dedicated when you help a customer even after they went home.”

“Tamales are tasty and huge. Not too spicy, just a perfect kick. I share my food with co-workers and they said the tamales are the best they ever had. The owner is real nice and real attentive. She love what she do and you notice with the quality she delivers. I ordered 24 tamales, and next day i was forced to go back for more. The Raja Tamales are amazing!!One of my favorite spot for my Mexican Cravings!!No longer at location, they moved….”

“I had a mixed experience. The oysters were just okay—not the standout I was hoping for, but they were fresh and well-presented.

On the other hand, the soup was spot on! It was flavorful and comforting, definitely a highlight of the meal.

The establishment itself was somewhat clean, though there’s a bit of room for improvement in that area.

What really stood out during my visit was the service. Despite being understaffed during my visit, the team did an admirable job of assisting customers as much as they could. Their dedication to providing good service was evident, and I appreciated their efforts to keep everything running smoothly. The staff was attentive and friendly, making sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal.

Overall, I would recommend Mariscos La Fonda for the soup and great service, but I hope to see improvements in the oysters and cleanliness on my next visit.”

“Our server Brinlee was excellent. He continued to check on us and keep us updated on our order and refilled our drinks with out us even asking. My family and I dine here at this Chuys quite often and Brinlee has been the best waiter we have ever had.”

The restaurant looked clean, the atmosphere was great, and our food was precisely cooked and prepared to order. We often eat at chilis about 2/3 times a month, but our experience tonight was absolutely different. My children, wife, and I would certainly say that we’ll return back for dinner here again. Thanks to the entire staff, from the front to the back of the restaurant for making tonight magical.”
