Adam catered a small family gathering for me in early June. His prices are so reasonable and delivery was free, and the quality of the BBQ and sides was outstanding!. The brisket was delicious and moist; there was just a little left and everyone was fighting over it! I definitely recommend Chunk Deuce Catering for your BBQ needs in the San Marcos area.

A family member suggested we try Chunk Deuce after attending the high school graduation. I've eaten Texas BBQ for over 60 years, and I have to say, this was superb! I had the shredded brisket taco, just naked beef and tortilla, and the meat was moist, smoky and tender. Who needs sauce or sides when the meat is this good. The plates are generous helpings and everyone enjoyed their food. Little Lollie loved the shaved ice for dessert! Outstanding old fashioned barbeque!!

If you love grilled cheese, then you need to stop sleeping on a brisket grilled cheese. This is the best way to go about stepping up your childhood and adding some savory and juicy protein in your sandwich.
