Hidden gem located inside Shell gas station, truck stop. Breakfast, lunch and dinner. Delicious eggs, tacos and grilled chicken on charcoal fire pit.
I have been coming to this place since 2022, they are really great.

Pollo El Rey - Charcoal Grilled Chicken is a small and cozy place with delicious food and great prices. The employees are super kind, welcoming, and very friendly. The chicken is really good, a 10/10, cooked tandoori way grilled. The half chicken quesadillas and chicken nachos are the best ever, with quality ingredients and huge portions easily enough for two to three people. The rice & beans are "meh" but the chicken makes up for it. This is border town food, like Mexican carne asada BBQ, stuck in between terrible tex mex food.
