Shake Shack San Marcos offers exceptional service with friendly and helpful staff. The food is super amazing and delicious, with popular items like the poochini treat for dogs. The burgers are absolutely delicious and the mushroom burger is so good. The crispy outside with the cheesy filling inside was amazing. The buns were soft, fresh lettuce added a nice crunch, and the cheese fries on the side are super cheesy and delicious. The servers are super cool and kind. The atmosphere is nice with good music and a great area in general. It is very charming. While the drive-through can use improvement due to some distractions like bees and flies, the restaurant is efficient from the time an order is placed to when it is picked up. Many customers recommend dining inside to avoid the drive-thru experience. The restaurant features a huge outside patio area, which is dog-friendly, making it a great spot for pet owners. With excellent parking and plenty of space for kids, it is a recommended place to visit again.
