TOMMY AND CAIT ARE THE FREAKIN BEST!!! That is custom serivce!! They are always the sweetest, nicest and patient I wish there where more people like them in the service industry...they deserve raises and praises!!
Today I accidentally placed an order in Buda!!! While I was in San Marcos, I didn’t realize it until I was at Starbucks in San Marcos and my order was not there. Luna( who was in drive thru) made sure I was not charged for another triple espresso since I had already paid for it. I would just like the management to know that I appreciate Luna for fixing MY mistake without hesitation or frustration. Always packed if you’re here on weekends. Too long to wait for anything! So for weekends (especially on long weekend holidays) the best is to get your drinks etc from another Starbucks before you go to the outlets for your shopping. It’s not busy on week days.They do make mistakes with orders sometimes. So do check what you have received before you leave the store.
