Always packed if you’re here on weekends. Too long to wait for anything! So for weekends (especially on long weekend holidays) the best is to get your drinks etc from another Starbucks before you go to the outlets for your shopping. It’s not busy on week days.They do make mistakes with orders sometimes. So do check what you have received before you leave the store.

Everytime i come here my order is wrong and when I voice my opinion about the small mistakes the baristas get all defensive and catty towards me, I am a customer, which ruins Anyone's morning with that kind of behavior. They don't take the time to ask anymore "how I would like my coffee today" "what size a tall grande,venti." They literally chose a venti for me. When I mentioned it to the drive thru window, the lady said "I'm not the one that took your order so" I won't even bare to express the wrongness in that situation. your startbucks job comes with the requirements of caring for the customers order when you start so any employee should know this because they agree to the terms when becoming a bariata when they start off. If you aren't a nice person don't get a job where you're going to greet people. This location gives Starbucks a bad reputation. Seriously it's 2024 stop bringing your attitudes to work. And managers get more serious it all falls on you guys.

I went in to pick up an order between 7pm-8pm on January 1. When I walked in one of the three ladies working approached me and just threw her hands around asking with an attitude whether I was going to order or what was I doing. At first I was very confused and just said oh I’m sorry and simply told her I was only there to pick up an order.I realized that I had placed an incorrect order for someone so instead of getting a refund, I went back in to just order the correct one that they wanted. When I walked in the same women walked up to me and didn’t say anything I just told her what I was wanting except this one was iced. With an attitude she said, you just ordered that but whatever, very rudely. I told her what is your problem. This was the second time I walked in and she had a bad attitude from the very beginning. Another women wearing a beanie and glasses approached me and was trying to figure out the issue. I told her what the issue was and she did nothing to help but just said, I don’t think she meant to be rude… seriously?? This woman wasn’t even near when the other women approached me, how would she know? I tried explaining to her further my experience from the very beginning walking in and she completely ignored me and just asked whether I was going to order or not. When I was ordering with her I tried once again to explain to her what happened, she ignored me again and walked away. I seriously thought it was a joke like wth is happening here. I usually have good experience at this location when going through the drive through but this time was SO much different! Upon walking in I just felt like the vibe was completely off. Worst experience and location I’ve ever been to by far. Those women probably shouldn’t be working there either based off my own experience because the way I was treated and the way the other woman “attempted” to handle it… was terrible.

Today I accidentally placed an order in Buda!!! While I was in San Marcos, I didn’t realize it until I was at Starbucks in San Marcos and my order was not there. Luna( who was in drive thru) made sure I was not charged for another triple espresso since I had already paid for it. I would just like the management to know that I appreciate Luna for fixing MY mistake without hesitation or frustration. Thank you Luna I will continue to visit this location because of workers like Luna.
