“Local, hometown bar with friendly staff and inexpensive drinks! I used to come here for pool tournaments in my undergrad days. I love that its a little hole in the wall place where you can get away from the crazy fast-paced night life scene that sometimes takes over San Marcos.“

“This was our first time going here. The hostess was very polite and accommodating. The server was very friendly, and helpful with the menu. My wife had the French Dip. It was amazing. I had the shrimp protein power bowl. It was very flavorfull. We will most definitely eat here again.“

“Just ordered a take out meal with fried pickles, Philly, patty melt and the mud burger. Ok I can't over state it enough when looking for a place top eat be careful in texas.. that being said for sure stop here!!!! It was clean it was GOOD !!!! The people friendly the staff on point and friendly. This is a gem!!! Thanks happy cow i will be bringing my family and telling my friends! Finally a place with real food and no worries! The parking lot clean the building clean!“

“Friendly & attentive staff, a fun atmosphere, and prices are very reasonable as well. Although the place was packed after the “Egg Nog Open” tournament, lunch service was quick and delicious. The manager definitely had the team firing on all cylinders. - Anyone who’s experienced most meals after golf tournaments knows how hard that is to do. I especially liked the locally sourced hand-made desert treats after the meal. Bravo!“
